About: Edgware Community Hospital

I attended the clinic on for my daughter eye check. my appointment was at 11.00 and I left the building at 3.00pm. Every time I was seen my the doctor I was told to wait 15min, but I ended up waiting for 45 min. When I ask the receptionist was very rude and kept on saying '' Did you see anyone go in or go out, if not then doctor are still busy, so just sit and wait'' while I was waiting all I can hear is receptionist laughing and giggle, which I thought is very unprofessional. I only wanted to know why its taking too long as I had my 4 month year old and 4 year old daughter who were hungry and tired. I think the receptionists truly need to go receptionist and confidentiality courses from the Paediatric Ophthalmology department. They were in the wrong and they were telling me off
