What could be improved

Cleanliness, A & E staff who care and use common sense. They are often under immense pressure, may be an excuse. However when I needed held, chatting and eating chocolates was a priority. I am young polite and needed help. I was certainly not treated with dignity. I was an inconvenience. My injury was spinal.

Anything else?

I hope these comments are uses in a positive way and taken on board by those who can make a difference. Unfortunately over the years I and my family and friends have had so many 'bad' experiences. It is about time people had a say to make a difference.
