What I liked
the staff in a and e and cdu were very helpful kind and supporive. they listened to our opinons and the needs of my mum.
What could be improved
transport. they gave a time and didnt keep to it and transport control were very rude to a member of staff
Anything else?
just a big thankyou to all the staff involved. it made me proud of our nhs!
