All worked together in a happy and caring way.

Sadly, I developed cataracts in both eyes which required surgery: however, I was fortunate enough to be treated at your hospital and in particular by the Consultant Surgeon, whom you should be proud of indeed.

He is a very considerate and professional man, who sought to make his patients relaxed through his professional, kindly and courteous attitude; also by keeping them informed at all times.

His team clearly hold him in high esteem and this was evident by the way they reacted to him, and the manner in which they carried out their duties in a very friendly and cheerful manner, and I did overhear comments by some that he was rated very highly by all the staff.

Although in the Day Case reception/initial treatment area it was very busy, they never allowed this to show and all worked hard in the same cheerful and attentive manner.

The theatre staff, were also absolutely ‘spot-on’ and worked hard to make sure that the patient was relaxed, comfortable and informed.

I cannot give too much praise to them all.
