I had breathing difficulties and the receptionist Debbie Bale ensure I was seen as soon as as possible even though I did not have an appointment, Debbie kept on asking me if I was ok until I was seen by a doctor. Dr O'Neil and Practice nurse Dianne gave me a through assessment.
