I was taken in following a suspected epileptic fit, no injuries as witnessed by my mother and partner at 10pm.
I discharged myself the following morning at 7:00am having suffered an injury to my left eye which had fractured the orbit of the eye and caused a facial injury which the hospital said had needed 4 stitches.
No explanation for the injury was given and my doctor was unable to find any evidence that any stitches had been applied.
I cannot now open the eye fully, I have lost some peripheral vision from that eye and it weeps constantly.
I walked out of this hospital with injuries that I didn't go in with. And with a canicula (blood for the taking of) still present in the vein of my right arm.
If I'm ever taken ill in Lincolnshire again don't take me to this hospital.
