"Still waiting"

About: The Royal London Hospital

Updat for my wife sue phillips, this. Mornings he was told she is first on the list but of course it didn't happen then at 2,30 the staff were told to prepare her for surgery, 1hr later the staff rang theatre to find out why she hadn't been collected to be told oh didn't anyone tell you it's been cancelled, I leave readers to make up. Their own minds as to this sad state of affairs. I hope they pay more attention to their surgical abilities.

Dear Berny

We are very sorry to hear of the care your wife received during her time in hospital. We apologise for the cancellations of your wife’s surgery and for the lack of communication from our staff. This must have been very upsetting and frustrating for your wife and yourself.

Your feedback is important to us and both of your comments (including the review posted on 08/08/2015) have been sent over to the Neurosurgery Team. If you have not already done so, please do contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) to discuss in more detail the concerns you have raised here. To do this please call 020 3594 2040 or email pals@bartshealth.nhs.uk

We hope to hear from you.

Kind regards

Barts Health NHS Trust
