"Terrible expierience in orthodontics"

I had appointment first in the mornin but been late for about 20 min if I wouldn't ask reception to see when I would have visit then it would take longer. Staff took a lot of time to get ready and they should have been ready before the appointments been taken. When I came the dentist been rude n they looked at me weiriod as if I did something wrong coming here. I was came to hospital to see if I could get teeth straighten but the dentist been soo rude by saying I can't but also they said I have gorgeous face and so everyone would want to look like me and that i souls be happy what I got becaus some people don't have it and if I would have ba looking teeth it won't effect me and just need to cope with the teeth I got and that I can't be perfect.... But I only wanted to see if I can do anything to make it better so I wouldn't regret in the future if I wouldnt try. But the dentist sounded like I imagine things and that there's something wrong with me. They been rude unbelievable how they been takin to me it made me shocked and made me cry at the end. Couldn't believe it and can get it out of my head the dentist's talk as never never anyone talked to me this was and employees that provide service can't talk like this to anyone without respect. I been explaining to the dentist why and that about 3 other dentists have approved for it but needed the final opinion. The visit was taken about 3 minuta they just looked at my teeth once or twice briefly an said I can't have it done. And then about 10/15 minutes the dentist been talkin that rubbish that hurt my feeling. This shows that some of the wnployees at hospital don't know how to treat others with respect and no to discriminate as it have let me down and made me feel that with pretty face I don't have anything to improve and fix... If the dentist would have said it nicely and explain why I can't have it rather then saying that I'm pretty on face so it dosent matter if I have fixed teeth or not.
