I would like to say a big thank you to the hospital. I have to say I was treated me with respect and the best care. I visited hospital on Friday the 7th of August15 and I felt awfully weak, sick, abdominal pain, vomiting, headache, fever...some kind of virus. Receptionist asked only a very few relevant questions and I was asked to sit down - very helpful and kind. In less than 10 minutes I was called in by a nurse for a short necessary screening - again very helpful, smily and kind despite my miserable look and mood. After this I was sent to the waiting room again. So I sat down thinking "Oh well, now I will have to wait traditional 2-3 hours". I was so wrong. I got called by the same nurse in less than 4 minutes, immediately seen by the doctor and another nurse. Straight onto bed and immediate 1L drip in my vein. I have to say I never expected such a quick service and with a smile. I would like to say a Big Thank You to the consultant for really talking to me all the time with a very positive, lovely, human... attitude and nothing was too much trouble for them. Unfortunately I do have one complaint. As I was really ill and I sensed every little distraction maybe 5x stronger, there was this nurse (helping the doctor). The way they approach the patients is a bit inappropriate and they should change their attitude. Anyway, overall I really thank you all the staff for the excellent job they did.
"A Big Thank you to the consultant and others."
