"Lack of communication"

This is now the 5th day of my wife's stay at this hospital whilst awaiting neurosurgery correction, she is constantly being told that she should be seen to very shortly although after 5 days of being told this it now somewhat of a joke, she has also been told that this infection needs to be cleared up quickly but still nothing is being. Done, twice she has been told they are ready for her only to be told 20 mins later that its cancelled. Although this is being written now I have no intention of letting this appalling treatment not being brought to others attention
