Our 7 year old son trapped his finger in a door and we took him to the MIU to be seen. Firstly the receptionist was very friendly and put our son at ease straight away. Then the staff who tended to his finger were so kind and gentle with him he didn't cry or get scared. They even bandaged up his teddy bear's paw too! This is what makes the NHS great.
