"great hospital with excellent staff"

I managed to break my back and spent 8 days in the hospital, from the moment I arrived through to my discharge I was totally impressed with the hospital and in particular the staff, I have never come across such a caring bunch of individuals, they are under a lot of stress from either difficult patients some of whom I found to be quite offensive or just the shear number of patients on the wards each with their individual needs and yet all of the way through the staff still treated me with dignity and kept a smile on their faces. I cannot praise the staff enough and I tend to write in too.
