"Hospital lets consultant down"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Had t travel 2/4 hours t get to hospital ,after op complacation at other hospital . Surgeon said I would come in day prior t op , Then told I wasn't able too !on phone was told I shouldn't have picked a hospital far away! Not my choice nearest surgeon t do op as its v complex . Specialist very nice very professional ! Hospital. Dirty no advice given to get refreshments Received a meal with a long hair across it . Left without meds told it would take up t 8 hours !
