Just a note to say thanks to all the staff at the Manor that helped me through to my op, brilliant service from Easi book, admin on the arrivals, nursing staff, anaesthetists and the surgeons, then the recovery team and ward 20. I must admit I was worried because of all negative stories of the past, so to have this very special treatment was a delight and I am proud to have been looked after by you all. Thanks to you all for your work and dedication.
