"shoulder surgery"

I had shoulder surgery 4/8/2015. I had this Done under Bupa. I was shown to my room by. Lovely receptionist who was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and bright with a big picture window. En suite bathroom, telephone, t.v. a lovely nurse helped me to get ready for surgery, very efficient talked through everything. The Consultant came to see me and explained everything that would happen and spoke at length to reassure me. As did the anaesthetist. I was first on list, lovely staff in recovery and theatre. I was in some discomfort when I came round but anaesthetist was straight on that, and was out of pain very quickly. Back in room nursing care was second to none. Hospitality services served us wonderful food and drink, it was like a 5 star hotel! No one wants surgery but this went far and above my expectations. It really was the most fabulous care anyone could ever ask for. Discharge was excellent with a wonderf discharge wallet with all the information you could ever want, from wound care, emergency phone number, painkillers, sick note for work. Best service and care ever. I can't thank the spire enough for all their wonderful care.
