"The nurse's were always very ..."

About: Leicester General Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The nurse's were always very busy, very good but had to much to do to give individual attention.

The ward (27) was always very hot the windows mostly closed which made me feel sleepy all day as with all the other patients.

The Registar sent me for an emergency scan, 24hours later I was told they had no results. I told them i had been given them and had taken then to the ward reception as instructed. The assistant soon found them. The doctors seemed to have there own empires and are above the sick ones.

What could be improved

Bring back the Matrons, open the windows up and let the fresh air in and blow away the hospital bugs.sort out the food every meal looks the same

Anything else?

My stay in ward 27 was certainly not very heathy, when told i could leave i was pushed out into the day room within minutes, and left to try to walk carrying my own my bags after accute stomace problems to the exit
