"Cataract operation"

I have had a cataract op today, from getting to the Hospital at 8am, the staff were amazing such care, even getting into the lift I was so nervous and forgot where I was going, there were 2 members of staff going to start their shift, they told us exactly where to go, such information of what was ahead, I felt completely at ease the whole time, I was first on the list, went in at 8-40 for the operation, everything was explained a nurse held my hand all the time, and said at any time I needed for things to stop I had to squeeze their hand, I didn't feel a thing I had been very frightened , and was completely put at ease.Bishop Aukland Hoepital is amazing very clean, the staff friendly very professional , and the outcome of the operation is amazing already, thank you Bishop Aukland Hospital
