7th July at 10.15 I visited the glaucoma clinic for a regular check-up. I was so impressed with the way that I was looked after that I wrote to the trust CEO to say so. In summery I said " Although the clinic was busy, all were friendly, understanding and made me feel at ease. I needed to visit various sections of the clinic and each time was met with the same high standards of courtesy and efficiency. A visit made east and out ahead of time "
