What I liked

The care received and professionalism of most staff.

What could be improved

A certain degree of lack of attention to detail eg weighing chair used incorrectly, wrong information transmitted to the patient I was visiting about the time of a CT scan. In the latter case, following my raising it with the staff, we received an apology from the registrar and the nurse.
