"best ward"

My daughter has just been discharged from E5 and I have never been at a more fantastic ward in my life. The staff where absolutely brilliant and loving with my daughter making her feel comfortable around people she doesn't know and making me as her mum feel she was in the best place possible. They reassured me all the time we where there and explained everything that was happening in detail that I was able to understand My daughter spent her 1st birthday on the ward and the staff came in as soon as we where awake and sang happy birthday to her. She also recieved a card and 2 presents off the staff which she absolutely loves. Keep up the good work E5 and I can say you make me proud to be part of the NHS
