I was referred to Broomfield Hospital for plastic surgery treatment for an injury to my thumb. I visited the hospital on about 6 occasions and found all the staff from reception inwards to be invariably polite, cheerful and caring. I never had more than a few minutes to wait before being seen. A great hospital !!
