Listed for my second knee replacement having used the private hospital for the first one.
From the get go everything was planned well, the information was comprehensive and supportive.
Despite me messing about with admission dates the consultant secretary was very efficient in helping me with my specific dates.
Hospital stay was so good.
Theatre staff kept me stress free even amused!
Post op care was systematic and clear pain control was good and flexible unlike my first experience
Aftercare was so supportive making appointments with me and visiting my home.
