"I can't praise them enough"

This is my 1st baby I'm 36 years old, never thought I could have children, but a miracle has happened. I went in for a 20 week scan at Russell's Hall Hospital the image quality was poor so had to go back in at 23 weeks, the sonographer was having great difficulty getting to certain parts of the baby but she was absolutely lovely and very reassuring she attempted for a good 40 mins as she knew I was very anxious her name was Hayley Yewkins I would like to thank her so much for just explaining and being very patient and understanding to my situation also her colleague Jenny Grosvenor who came in towards end of the scan and really helped her on the very last part of the scan. NHS should employ more of these lovely ladies. I can't praise them enough, god bless them.
