‘I haven’t got any suggestions as such, but I would very much like to thank all the staff at Crisis Point for helping me during my time here! For helping me see a little bit of light in this dark and gloomy tunnel I’m in. I would especially like to extend my gratitude and gratefulness to two people who I think are amazing at doing their job – Margaret and Steve! Kind, caring, non-judgmental, helpful, compassionate and funny. '
