What I liked
I like the new treatment centre, very accessable, clean bright and friendly. I found out that I will need an operation and not only got a date and time there, I also had all of the pre-op done to save another visit. Well done!!
What could be improved
It would have been helpful to have on the letter which section I was to visit, but the staff were incredibly helpful so it really doesn't matter. Thats the only thing that I can think of.
Anything else?
