"Superb care, excellent communication and friendly..."

Went in for an knee arthroscopy and meniscus repair (day surgery). All the staff I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. The nurses and anaesthetist went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and was fully aware of what was happening (expected waiting times, etc). The surgeon was also excellent and I believe gave me the best treatment I could have hoped for. Absolutely the best NHS experience i've ever had - clean hospital, very comfortable and special mention to the lovely nurses on the day surgery ward.
