Visited the unit Tuesday Aug,4th at 3.30.p.m.Greeted by a very competent smiling receptionist, booked in,asked to take a seat, short wait, nurse came and collected myself and my wife.Took us through to the ward, noticed how clean and bright the ward I was. placed in a cubicle complete with appropriate clothing for the examination. At each stage I was informed of all the procedures I was to take part in.They kept checking up I was comfortable, each time with a comforting smile. The waiting was due to the extra work coming in from the wards,no fault of anyone,It is a hospital !! Although my test was aborted, they gave me all the information and told me I would receive a phone call to resume tests. For a visit to a hospital ,must admit to being apprehensive and a bit nervous, came away feeling relaxed and informed.Overall ,a very pleasant experience.....Big thank you to all the staff on duty.......'
