I am very pleased with the high level of care I received recently at Worthing Hospital. I was diagnosed with a hernia in late March, referred to Worthing Hospital and operated at the end of July. The surgeon and the anaesthetist both explained the operation to me and after the op I spent the night in Chiltington Ward where I was very well looked after by the nurses and other staff. I am now recovering at home and feel practically no pain from the op. This is also true of other treatments I have received from Worthing Hospital. I know the press are eager to criticise the NHS and there are occasional slip-ups but I speak as I find, and would recommend Worthing Hospital and the staff who provide care to anybody. Top marks!
