I recently attended the Ear, Nose & Throat and Maxillofacial Outpatients Department for the extraction of a tooth. I was referred to the QEH as I have history of becoming unwell during this type of procedure and was very nervious. My experience during my visit on Monday the 3rd August was exceptional. I was seen on time and the hospital staff took such good care of me. The doctor and nurses where very patient and considerate and helped put me at ease. I did start to feel a little unwell during the procedure but the care was managed so well I was back on my feet in minutes. Whilst I'm unlucky to have lost a tooth, I couldn't have been taken care of any better.
