"Very impressed"

I have visited the Plastic Surgery Outpatient dept 3 times now for three different operations and each and every time the team have been outstanding. Their attention to dignity and respect was very good. From arriving, the pre assessment, the surgery itself, the aftercare through to leaving and having stitches taken out 2 weeks later, they couldn't have been more helpful and caring. It makes me much less nervous about attending the clinic again as I know the care will be spot on. Thanks to you all. Keep up the good work :)
