"Wonderful care from Trauma & orthopaedics"

I have recently attended the trauma & orthopaedics dept since I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome & I have problems with dislocating joints & issues of tendonitis. The staff that I saw, the doctor & the nurse were exemplary in their care. I required supports for knees, ankles and feet to help me walk with more stability & less pain. I was able to explain the issues that I am faced with, & I was listened to with respect & understanding. The nurse who fitted me with the supports was considerate, helpful & very professional. The supports I received are appropriate & are good quality & well designed. They have made a real difference to my life. I was seen promptly & all staff at the hospital were courteous and helpful. All staff were quick to approach & check that I was OK & help with directions on my way through the hospital & grounds. I was able to park nearby with a blue badge. I am obviously very happy with the care and service I received
