"Fantastic treatment Peadiatric A and E"

I had my daughter down to paediatric A+E for a quite severe bout of croup she was upset and panicky when I arrived, the nurse who assessed her was lovely but the paediatric doctor who dealt with her treatment was a cut above. They instantly put both myself and my daughter who is 15 months at ease, was approachable, informative, friendly and had a very calming nature all in perfect measure, spoke babble to my little one which is the only language she really uses at the moment, in my eyes this was one of the best doctors I have had the privilege of dealing with throughout my various visits to Sunderlands paediatric A+E over the years and I commend you for that, thank you very much of course to the other staff who dealt with us on our short visit who were all great.
