"Self identification of a chemist"

About: NHS Hull CCG

(as the patient),

When I went into my surgery, as usual, to pick up my presciption, I was informed that it had gone to the 'Wilberforce Chemist' in Story Street and that's where I had to go to pick it up. This I found grossly annoying because they had no right to do this. I last used this chemist a while ago, when my regular chemist couldn't complete my prescription at that time. I nearly always use the Boots Chemist next door to my doctors surgery which is 'Kingston Medical Centre on Beverley Road. They, to their credit, did manage to sort it out for me.
