"Gall bladder removal"

About: Spire South Bank Hospital

Went in under a NHS contract. Felt very segregated from the "private patients" as nhs are not treated the same as the rest of the hospital. Different rules regarding visitors etc. I know I would of had a different experience if I had been paying. Staff were not always considerate especially considering the patient is in pain or nervous . In fact When I attended droitwich private hospital for treatment the experience was completely different. No segergation of private / nhs patients all treated the same. So I would reconsider if I had to go to Worcester spire hospital again..
