"Lack of care and insight to patients."

We find that ,in general,the lack of care,understanding and general attitude towards patients by consultants and many of the staff completely unsympathetic . "Our values and behaviours" leaflet is at best,laughable, if it wasn't so serious. Welcoming ,I think not..rude and arrogant ? Yes. Empathy ,compassion,understanding ,none. Supportive and explanations as to what the next move is,vague is being generous.. The consultants and many of the staff(not all) are not accountable or efficient or professional. In short the As One Values and Behaviours is a complete fabrication,and we ,as parents of one of your inmates at Kingsley Green asylum are left,as our son is, broken.
