when trying to make an appointment the receptionist is totally unaccomadating, always offering a unhelpful approach giving a unhelpful reason why you can not have an appointment. when you have visited the dept. you are told to phone up in 3 months time for your next appmt. when you do you can not make one because the diary is not made up for the month yet phone back. this time we phone up only to be told you can only make the appmt 10 day in advance! this we can not due to being on holiday, totally unacceptable. this attempt is august 2015. the nursing staff are fine it is only the front row reception staff I find problems with please try to sort the receptionists out!
