Hello there and thanks for the post! I'm delighted you found the staff in clinic helpful, pleasant and professional. It is a bit of a walk around the hospital - so next time you come in call at the help desk point or speak to one of our meet and greet volunteers. They'll happily 'pull' the wheelchair for you (we are replacing them slowly and we agree they are clunky and it's not very dignified for patients). You'll be pleased to know we're planning on having a day time buggy service in the New Year - we run one if the evenings but we've been able to source smaller ones for the day. People will be able to be taxied to the wards and clinics in style by our volunteer 'chauffeur drivers!' Kind regards Sarah Turner-Saint head of communications
