Nothing at all, it's organised chaos

What could be improved

Everything. Every time I go I see a different face. I broke my arm in march and 4 months later im still not healing. Ive been in 2 casts, just a hanging sling and now an arm brace for 8 weeks. I saw my consultant for the first time 6 weeks ago and was told to go back Monday just gone which I did to be greeted by yet another new facew. I was told to come back in 1 month as there isnt much change and my consultant is away for 1 month on his jollys....they informed me they cannot make a decision without his say so. I am expected to take yet another month out of my life. In this time I have lost my job and I blame it all onthe lack of guidance and correct treatment from the fracture clinic at the manor hospital.

Anything else?
