(as a relative),

Reported two months again my mothers transport being cancelled on the evening before her appointment. My 88 year mother was cancelled due to lack of resources last time she was travelling to the Golden Jubilee by ambulance as she is house bound and can't get into a car. This time she was travelling from Netherton to Wishaw General a 5 minute journey, is she being cancelled because she needs a two man ambulance?

Dear Hospital,

I'm sorry that there has been another problem with your mother's transport. This isn't how we like to do things and it must have been very disappointing for you and you mother.
