What could be improved

Doctor could have tried reading my medical notes prior to seeing me, rather than assuming things. Was my 2nd miscarriage this year and the doctor appeared clueless to this. Asking if i had previously had a normal pregnancy. I was left to explain that i had attended unit in Feb due to first miscarriage

Poor communication, lack of support
