What I liked
nothing about this place. They cancel my sons appointments without any pror notification as admitted by the receptionist. We were suppose to been told 1 week ago. The car park is a rip off as it cost you for them to keep you waiting. And recently the A^E still takes 4 hours before you can leave even when they are not busy
What could be improved
Compensation for parking when they take their time.
A little more honesty when things go wrong
A complaints procedure that records all complaints rather than an informal chat
Anything else?
We will see if the moderators post this experience or do they censor critism to make them look good
