(as a service user),

I get carers coming every morning, I think from the council, to give me my medication. It’s a good service, they are all pleasant. It’s mostly the same people that come so I get to know them. I’m quite happy with the service

I am pleased that you are happy with the level and type of home care service that you are receiving. I notice that it isn't always the same home carer that attends to you but mostly so. Carers don't normally work 7 days a week and this will probably be a small team working together, covering when you usual carer is on a day off. Thank you for letting us know what you think about the service it is important that we hear from as many people as possible.
