What I liked

I was a day patient (one night stay) in the 23hr Ward and I was delighted at how professional, friendly and considerate all the staff were. All are a credit to the NHS

What could be improved

Two very minor grumps ... quite rightly, patients are encouraged to walk about asap after surgery, it would be nice if staff helped patients tie their gowns and help to save their dignity, I also found the ward rather hot at times ... but, as I said, minor grumps.

Anything else?

All in all my experience was first class and I thank the consultant, his team and all on the 23hr Ward most sincerely.
