What I liked
The high level of personal care and support given or shown by all doctors, clinical and nursing staff, as well by support staff such as cleaners and tea makers, even during the busiest times.
The friendly and caring bedside manner shown by all.
The swift yet calm and reassuring manner expressed by all to patient and relatives, particularly in times of emergency such as in
A & E, and/or when complications arise in the wards.
The high standard of hygiene and personal privacy prevails wherever you're being treated.
What could be improved

Unfortunately this was not my 1st visit or stay in hospital this year, having been treated variously by A & E, the Cardiology & Urology Depts., the Machin Eye & Short Stay Surgical Units, the 23Hr & Fairfax Wards.
The standard of care, professionalism and attentiveness shown by all staff in those areas has been exemplary, whether as an out-patient, visitor or a patient.
