"Glad I chose Circle"

About: Circle-Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre

I was given a choose and book appointment and so opted for Circle as they had the shortest approx waiting time, when I actually booked the appointment was only 2.5 weeks after not the 30 odd days that had been approximated.On arrival I entered a bright and airy Lobby with reception, and well signposted access to all gateways, I was to go to gateway F which was on the 2nd level, there were lifts or stairs, I stopped off at level one as I was early and peckish so decided to visit the cafe for something to eat & drink, I was suprised with the ability to buy a pot of fruit (strawbs & nectarine) I'm on a diet so it was nice to be able to choose something healthy, with a Latte it came to £3....£3, pittance compared to QMC prices. Anyway back to what your reading this for, I arrived at Gateway F for my appointment, was greeted by a receptionist and asked to take a seat, I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment time by a nurse who introduced themselves and immediately put me at ease, took me to a room to do a few assessments and was very friendly, Next I saw the doctor, I explained my issues and they listened attentively, we discussed what I would like and they said they could most likely do this small procedure today. I was taken to an examination room by the nurse and made comfortable, the doctor saw another patient while I was being prepared, all of the time the nurse was apologising for how long I was kept waiting, which was a matter of 20 mins at the most, the doctor came, did what they needed to and went. The nurse stayed with me ensuring I was ok, even offering me a cup of something before I left. I was made to feel very comfortable by both of these professionals and that's quite a feat when it was an obs & gynae appointment, Well done Circle and well done to the nurse & the doctor.
