What could be improved

The doctor could have at least bothered to turn up for my appointment. Arrived at 10.20 for a 10.30 appointment, when the doctor failed to show I left at 11.20 in a very agitated mood. I was told by nursing staff who contacted him twice during my wait "that he isn't very good with time". Some consolation to me and other patients, he has a total disregard and obvious lack of respect for those sent to see him.
