"Disgraceful A&E"

I have used the Hospital for both my kids birth. The maternity ward doctors,midwives,nurses and care takers are absolutely Amazing i have to say!!! Once again i would like to thank them for it!!! Coming back to A&E i use it for my Mother, who has depression, blood pressure, diabeties, everytime we go there we think of the waiting time, every single time they say they are short of staff and we dont leave before 6hours, last time she called and ambulance it did not come, 4hours later Police came to pick her up saying no ambulance available and she collapsed in the hospital for no treatment even though we kept on asking for a doctor and that she was not well. The staff at a&e has to look,justify and treat patients as human beings not.lile some sort of digits and number of queues I think they forgot they are there to help patient!!!! After the little kid Armagan, we do not know whats going to happen to my mum with these long waites as she is a vulnerable person. I hope, they will improve on A&e because this is my local hospital and it could have made life easier if a&e service was up to standars.
