"Wrong career"

The ward is very short staffed however, a lot of the staff working here are clearly in the wrong career as they don't care enough about the patients. I am a visitor, when I went in for visiting hours, the ward was extremely smelly. Nurses were constantly walking past but no one came into the bay. One of the patients had soiled themselves and was left for at least an hour until I told the nurses. Another patient had been asking all morning for a pillow case so I had to ask the nurse for that. My partner is suppose to have daily bloods taken, yet 2 days on the ward and no blood has been taken. It's a shambles of a ward and let's the hospital down
