My daughter has been a patient at Batley Dental Clinic for about 4 years now. She is severely disabled and as you can imagine it is very difficult for us to feel relaxed in a clinical environment. Esther and her great team of different nurses have always made us feel welcome and have always spent time with us. We have never felt that we are just a number, but are treated with dignity and respect. Never once have we been rushed, despite the waiting room sometimes being full of patients.
They do an amazing job, and if it wasn't for them, my daughter would not get the care that she deserves. Just because she is different doesn't mean she should be treated different and she definitely isn't when we go to batley. Well done to all the nursing staff and especially to Esther, and thank you for the service that you provide!
