"1st class care for a 90 year old man.caring staff."

My 90 year old father was admitted ,as an emergency, after suffering a chest infection and kidney failure. He was in HDU and received 1st class treatment, both doctors and nurses where polite and attentive, keeping all the family informed. he was then sent to a ward where he had an amazing room. and again 1st class care, he has made a full recovery and is again living independently. Thank you I firmly believe that without your 1st class care my father would no longer be with us. I have every confidence in this hospital and its ability to deliver an excellent standard of care.
